How Can You Acquire a Home?
These days, there are more ways than ever to get into one of
our beautiful homes. You can rent, rent-to-own, get a new loan and purchase
the home, or buy it with owner financing. The method you choose to get
into your home will depend on a few things…
1) What type of financing are we offering? Not every
home is available for rent or for sale. Read the property notes to find
out what the options are for the home you are interested in.

2) How much down payment do you have? If you have
a large down payment it will probably be easier for you to qualify for
a new mortgage to buy the home of your choice. A new bank loan is often
the most cost-effective way to buy a house if you qualify. However,
many people haven’t saved up enough (or don’t have the credit)
to buy their own home with a bank loan. That’s why we offer other
financing options as well.
3) How is your credit? Many of the folks we sell and
rent houses to prefer our rent-to-own program and owner-financing options
as a way to get into the home of their choice and build credit. Often,
if your credit is recovering from a hiccup a few years back, getting
into a home that you can make timely payments on for a few years –
and then buy – is a dream come true! You can find the home of
your choice and move in and start enjoying it now, and then in a few
years when your credit improves, you can switch over the financing from
rent-to-own or owner-financing to a bank loan, which may reduce your
monthly payment.
